just curious, why did you decide to change it?
It was easier to ship abroad were it was sold for apparently, thats the main factor, at least for me.
i like it better this way, than dry mounted. i admire your work. You give a sense of life to your models.
Are you going to paint the tops of the first, second, and fourth turrets red to match what the Arizona looked like in 1941?
Are you planning on painting the turret tops of the front two and the aft turret red like the Arizona looked in 1941?

Im building this ship also but i cant find further information about the colors of the shipHope that you can help me
I used Tamiya XF-66 as the main grey color, which with a few oil wahes gets somewhat dark and and has a bluish hue to it.
