Nagato hull and deck painted .Weathering and oil washes will be next before i start adding smaller etch details.Note the unrealistic yellow tint of the wooden deck  compared with the painted plastic deck.I thought it was  looking too unrealistic for the scale despite having some nice planking detail.I wanted to have a more tired and used look , as the rest of the ship will be also weathered to a certain degree.Despite the somewhat Spartan superstructure , i have found the room /need for quite a few additions and replacements so far.

The Aoshima Nagato 1927 with the detail up parts .Some work still on the hull and the main turrets  and after that ,Pagoda tower detailing is next.

The 1/700 Scharnhorst with most of the etch parts from the Flyhawk set , built and painted.Waiting for weathering and the addition of the smaller details.

A destroyed T-55 from a Russian manufacturer .The tracks were cut at each link and reglued piece by piece as to give the characteristic  shag for this tank.

If i rember well this Tiger II was at Normandy front or in Western front anyway.

A die cast kit from Dragon i think with a few touch ups to the paint job.I  didnt like the soft vinyl tracks but i didnt have the courage to replace them .
